We retain this to pay for our initial administration in the event you do not proceed with your mortgage application with us or James Cargill.

£150 cashback reward. 
This is payable on completion of a rival mortgage from a competitor company supported by a valid completion certificate.

Situations where this is not payable.
Where there is a difference between the quote you claimed on and the actual completion terms of your mortgage. In the case of remortgages, where you do not change lenders. Any fees we may charge are not deemed as part of the mortgage for competition purposes. This is specifically relating to our £199 broker administration fee.

Speed of mortgage offer.
We reserve the right to deny payment of champagne where we believe that you, our client, has unnecessarily delayed the application by withholding vital information or documents.

The minimum mortgage and re-mortgage we are currently processing is £60,000.
All our clients must be UK resident and have permanent right to reside in the UK.

Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
