1. Collect information regarding your current circumstances and future needs, otherwise known as a Fact Find. (We do this to aid us in obtaining the right quotation for your needs).

2. We take £37 from your CC/DC as a retainer for our services and unique guarantee.

3. Our quotation team return a market leading quotation to you within 24 working hours.

4. You have 2 days to challenge or accept.( we must see an emailed or other physical copy of a rival quotation within 3 days or £37 is forfeited. )

5. On acceptance or challenge we proceed to full application immediately.
We aim to have you a mortgage offer within 15 working days. 
We expect you to be timely in returning any documents lenders may require.

6. You receive your full mortgage offer.

7. We charge a mortgage completion fee of £199 for administration and product access.
